石川県立金沢二水高等高校、早稲田大学理工学部建築学科卒業後、株式会社リクルートコスモス（現コスモスイニシア）に入社。
入社以来32年間にわたり、商品開発、新規事業開発、商品ブランド構築、再開発プロジェクト、設計監理業務、コンストラクションマネジメント業務等を幅広く経験。社内外の不動産開発の事業組成や設計監理業務に携わる。
株式会社MMA DESIGNを設立し2022年4月より本格的に始動。
30数年にわたる不動産開発の手法、設計監理、コンストラクションマネジメント経験を活かし、不動産オーナーに寄り添い、不安やリスクを低減し有益な不動産活用と社会資本としての建物を創造する。
そして多くの豊かな営みを生み出すことをモットーとしています。

Born in 1966 in Tsurugiookuni Town, Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
After graduating from Waseda University, Department of Architecture, Mitsuhiro Minami joined Recruit Cosmos Co., Ltd. (currently Cosmos Initia Co., Ltd.).
Over 32 years since joining the company, he has gained extensive experience in product development, new business development, product brand building, redevelopment projects, design supervision work, construction management work, etc. He was involved in business composition and design supervision for real estate development both inside and outside the company.
He established MMA DESIGN INC. and started full-scale operations in April 2022.
Utilizing over 30 years of experience in real estate development methods, design supervision, and construction management, he works closely with real estate owners to reduce anxiety and risk, create beneficial real estate utilization, and create buildings as social capital.
His motto is to create many abundant lives.
